MENLO PARK, Calif., Feb. 23, 2022 -- DeLynn Senna, a 26-year veteran of talent solutions and business consulting firm Robert Half, has been named senior district president for the company's U.S. legal talent solutions practice group. In this role, she will help lead operational strategy for the placement of legal professionals in companies and law firms across the country.
Since joining Robert Half, Senna has built a successful career driving operational excellence across multiple practice groups and geographies. She most recently served as executive director for Robert Half's international permanent placement solutions and senior managing director for the company's Executive Search division in Europe. Previously, Senna spent more than two decades in leadership roles in the U.S., including 12 years as executive director for Robert Half's permanent finance and accounting practice group.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Senna will continue to play a strategic role in building visibility for Robert Half by representing the company at industry events and through community engagement initiatives. She will also continue her involvement on the executive committee for Robert Half's Global Women's Employee Network.
